CommBank Pararoos find out IFCPF Men’s World Cup 2026 group stage opponents

The CommBank Pararoos have discovered their path in their IFCPF Men’s World Cup campaign following the IFCPF draw overnight. Australia was drawn into Group B alongside Brazil, Spain, and Chile.

Atlanta, USA, will host this edition of the tournament from 12-24 October. 

The CommBank Pararoos went into the draw ranked 12th in the World and were placed in Pot 3 alongside Scotland and Japan.

Alongside them in Group B is Brazil, ranked number 3 in the World heading into the tournament, and is the highest-ranked team for this World Cup with Ukraine and Iran missing this tournament.

Spain is ranked 8th in the World, and the CommBank Pararoos last faced the side during the 2019 edition of the tournament, recording a 2-0 win with goals from Ben Roche and Matthew Hearne.

Chile is one of the three debutants in the men's edition of the tournament, with Indonesia and Scotland joining them as first-time participants in the Men's World Cup.
